Orma D’care Centre actively reviews the views of residents and their families through regular processes.  These includes one to one resident reviews, resident meetings, questionnaires, comment/complaint processes.

Our internal governance is monitored by our Trust members and a monthly audit will ensure which is assessed as a group of compliance.
